10CM adhesive nipple covers. 100% silicone.
Hand washable when adhesive seems weak. Use mild soap to your preference, shake and air dry.
Store with plastic on and in a sealable container (it collects lint, pet hair, etc otherwise!)
Should get up to a couple dozens wears (and can then be worn as a non-adhesive version!)
