All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you by email or phone to offer these options: Wait for restock, choose a similar item, get store credit, Cancel your order. Please make sure your contact info is current so we can reach you if needed.
We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect info or declined payments.

We aim to ship within 3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Remote or oversized parcels may have extra charges. These rates come directly from Canada Post.
Returned or undeliverable parcels may incur reshipping fees.
International Orders
Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do not mark packages as “gifts.” Items are declared accurately by law.
Tracking
If available for your chosen shipping method, a tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
